"Location was great for what I was looking for in this visit to Manhattan Beach. And, given how difficult parking is in the area, the parking setup was better than I could have expected. This reduced my stress during a very busy visit."

"The condo itself was very nice and clean. I only have 1 thing i was not too happy about and that was the key pick up process . We were in the area to get my dauther moved out from college. With having to fly over 5hrs , rent a SUV, pack move items , plus drive around town. The last thing you want to do is drive to one location to pick up keys and then search for your vacation rental . Other than that beautiful condo decoration."

"The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place"

"This space was exactly as listed. It is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space for my stay.The room is a bright space and everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and some housewares to be able to eat & drink in the room. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We were so pleased! The beds and couch were comfortable! The entire space was clean. I was pleased with the space and the A/C. The kitchen had the things we need. The fridge was big and pristine. The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. Great communication and very great experience."

"This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...
