"This property, managed by Seward Hospitality Group, was advertised on VRBO as a “suite” that sleeps four. We booked it because we liked the sound of a place near downtown Seward. What we found when we arrived was that this “suite” was VERY sparse. Although corrected quickly, we found no towels in the room initially and no TP, and even though there were bowls and a couple of plates, we found no cups to use with the coffee maker and no utensils to use. When I asked, SHG told me utensils were not...
