"The room was musty smelling when I arrived and the carpeting felt damp and slightly sticky. I arrived at 10 pm on 10/14. The next morning I asked if I could change rooms. Staff said they could. I went to have breakfast with my daughter. When I got back early that afternoon, a different staff member told me there were no rooms to switch with. I stayed in the musty room for 4 nights."
