"Excellent stay! Bright, welcoming, comfortable large upstairs studio. Easy check-in. Back deck private & comfortable. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. "My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again."

"The location of the property was wonderful and the accommodations were fine for the one night that we were there. I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again. It was great to have a late night restaurant available upon our arrival. "
