"This was a great experience and hit all the buttons. With a secluded location only 15 minutes from most attractions you really get have both the social excitement before retreating to comfortable seclusion. The cottage was perfect offering exactly the small things that are needed i.e coffee, pre-programmed netflix login, and a terrific layout. It was a true Berkshire stay with the blizzard, being able to just hunker down, or enjoy snowboarding on the mountain that was 10 min away. Great...

"The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!"

"I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hideaway in Lenox. The facility is charming, cozy, and clean. The problem was checking in. The link they sent me did not work. I was able to get in touch with someone over the phone, but it took some time and the agent was difficult to understand. I found the check-in process to be stressful. After we got over this part, the day was very pleasant, and I would definitely go back in the future."

"O hotel fica a meio caminho entre cidades. Esta instalado numa estrutura muito antiga, com piso desnivelado e que range, uma escada com degraus bem altos, fora do padrão. O quarto é de dimensões razoáveis mas com teto a menos de 2,20 m de altura. O ar condicionado não estava ligado (houve dias de 23/24 gráus.O banheiro pequeno, com uma pia pequena e um chuveiro mínimo. Não houve serviço de arrumação ou troca de toalhas.
