This rare, high floor, and most sought after and in a spectacular location of the Ilikai Hotel with views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor. This spacious 1-bedroom condo has 500 sq ft of living space & a huge lanai of 120 sq ft. Gaze toward the glittering blue waters & white sandy beaches. You'll be able to watch the famous south shore surf breaks & exquisite sunsets over the harbor. The kitchen is open, spacious, and well stocked to provide you the comforts of home while traveling. This condo has a comfortable King bed and will put you right to sleep after the long days at the beach. The condo has a window AC unit to keep you cool during the warm summer nights.

Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled for Phase 3 between May - Aug 2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in January 2027
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is available for a fee.

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
