BUILDING NOTICE:
Exterior work for this unit, located on the Diamond Head (East) side of the building, will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, and continue through December 10, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. No beach items will be permitted on the balcony. The swimming pool will be closed for the entire project. Please keep windows and curtains closed to reduce dust and maintain privacy. Noise and vibrations are expected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Marine Surf is located at 364 Seaside Ave on the 21st Floor.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
