"O hotel fica a 300 m da estação do trem , porém é muito silencioso, café da manhã espetacular, os atendentes são muito solicitos, tudo muito limpo, roupa de cama impecável."

"Our stay at the hotel was overall excellent. The room, the private onsen, and the restaurant/breakfast were truly exceptional, making our experience very memorable. However, there were two aspects that could be improved. First, the lack of accessibility at the hotel entrance made it difficult to manage baby strollers and luggage, since the only access was by stairs. Second, when we asked the reception for assistance with sending our luggage to our next hotel, we were only told to go to the nearest Yamato shop. As we were traveling with a baby, stroller, three suitcases, and backpacks, this became quite challenging. Aside from these points, everything else was wonderful, and we would recommend the hotel for its comfort, food, and overall atmosphere."
