• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Step off the patio and onto the beachwalk path-- less than 3 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

SECURITY CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION: Doorbell camera showing entry steps and part of driveway; one additional camera at pool equipment enclosure showing only pool equipment and beach path. No other cameras. No audio.

POOL HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).Charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.  Please inquire for winter rates.

Beautiful Home Close to Beach

The house was well represented in the photos. The only surprise was the number of stairs that had to be maneuvered. This was a bit difficult for two of my elder family members with medical issues. The kitchen and dining room are on the second floor so there was no avoiding them. There are also quite a few stairs to ge into the house. The house was spacious and well decorated yet very user friendly and comfortable. The beds were comfy, except the upper bunk bed. Best suited for a child. The bathrooms were large and newly remodeled with lots of storage space. The closets were big and the two master bedrooms were huge. The pool and outdoor area were very nice. Not large, but plenty big. The only issue was construction next door did create noise and they played loud music while working. You couldn’t hear it when inside, just when swimming or laying out in the backyard. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well appointed. The stove and oven had a couple of issues that might not be apparent if you didn’t cook much, but I had two gourmet chefs in the house who noticed. I would recommend they add some larger pans/skillets and those with lids. We purchased a lobster pot and left it. Otherwise we had plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, serving trays and storage containers. We really appreciated a house full of everything you need like paper products, trash bags, towels, beach equipment, cleaning supplies, etc. Many times with a rental you get a bare minimum and then have to buy basic supplies. That definitely wasn’t the case here. The beach was lovely and not crowded at all. It was perfect for walking, swimming or just sitting. Overall we had a terrific experience minus a bit more rain than we would have liked, but we made the most of it. On a side note, on our last night a family member had a medical emergency. After calling 911, we had a full team of emergency workers at the house within 5 minutes. They were wonderful and took him to the hospital. The Hilton Head hospital provided good care. If you were to have an emergency, you can be assured competent help is nearby.

Perfect 4-BR / 4.5Bath w Pool in Sea Pines

Very open / light/airy open floor plan w 4 en-suite bedroom/baths. Kids loved the smallish pool and just enough shade for those not eating the sun. Brand new ping pong table in garage, plus basketball court. Driveway sufficient for our 4 vehicles. House either relatively new or fully renovated. Photos mirror what we saw. Property Mgt co (Beverly Serral) is excellent re checkin, checkout, instructions, etc 200-yd walk down path to beach. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas.

Perfect Property description, A+ in all categories

This is a perfectly described beach house in Sea Pines. House was spotless cleaned, every aspect of the house was fresh and inviting. Being a property owner in Palmetto Dunes I needed a place to stay during construction and this was a perfect choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Communication with the property management was effortless and everything was done to make sure you just check in and relax during your stay, the best experience you can ask for. Thanks again!

Beautiful beach getaway

We loved everything about this property and our visit to Hilton Head. The location is wonderful and so close to the beach. We have stayed in so many rental homes and I have to say that this one was the most well appointed one ever and very clean. They truly thought of everything which was wonderful because we were flying in from TX so couldn’t bring a lot with us. The home itself had the most well stocked and organized kitchen we have ever had and they supplied everything you could need - soap, detergent, garbage bags, sponges, wipes, etc. Each bathroom was well stocked too. They also provided numerous beach chairs, toys, towels, umbrellas, coolers and wagons that made beach going a breeze and so enjoyable. The home is so much bigger than it appears online and even more beautiful. We loved the decor and comfort of the home and you can really tell that their guests satisfaction is their priority. Highly recommend to anyone.

Sensational home in Sea Pines!

We had a lovely stay at this property and highly recommend. The property was well furnished with modern coastal design. The property, furniture, appliances were in great shape and very well kept. The property is a few rows from the beach with its own private path to get there. We used the beach chairs and wagon to help us carry what we needed to the beach. We cooked on property and the kitchen has everything you will need. We love sea pines! Sea Pines is so pretty and full of its own amenities. We highly recommend and we would love to be back soon!

Beautiful Home, Perfect location.

Would highly recommend this property. Newly updated, well stocked and the perfect location for a quick walk to the more private area of the beach. Was well suited for two families with four kids.

The place was great. Only a couple of minor issues: Pool was not clean when we arrived and it took a couple of days to get it cleaned. One of the Bar refrigerators did not function consistently. These items we dwarfed by the overall cleanliness and location of the house and how well things were stocked. We would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great Vacation!

We were very pleased with this property and property manager. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived with all needed toiletries, soaps, and beach equipment/toys. We only needed to bring our food and clothes. The house was only 4 houses back from the beach with the trail to the beach directly adjacent to the house. This made it easy for our older children to walk back and forth between the beach and the house by themselves. The house is also in a great location for activities within Sea Pines. We were easily able to bike to South Beach, Harbor Town, and the horse stables. The property manager is extremely helpful and easily accessible if needed. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect house for our getaway with extended family. Privacy and accessibility to the beach were great. The house is split level so be aware of all the stairs. Well stocked kitchen, loved that beach towels and chairs were provided.
