    Sandy Feet Retreat tem tudo! Duas casas pelo preço de uma, uma grande piscina que pode ser aquecida por um custo adicional. Esta casa teve recentes renovações; todas as três casas de banho na casa principal têm belas com pé em chuveiros, novas vaidades, banheiros e luminárias. Novo piso foi instalado em toda a casa principal, juntamente com novos móveis.

    Um clássico North Forest Beach propriedade em uma ótima localização. Sandy Feet Retreat é divertido e conveniente para todas as faixas etárias. Está na trilha da bicicleta, perto da melhor praia e a uma caminhada de quatro minutos para Coligny para compras, restaurantes e entretenimento. A casa principal é um nível do solo sem degraus. Ter duas casas em uma propriedade oferece o espaço ideal para a união familiar e a privacidade. Também para uma pequena reunião corporativa e grupos de golfe.

    O que diferencia esta casa não é apenas a casa de hóspedes de dois andares, mas também a notável atenção ao conforto.

    Há uma entrada convidativa com uma sala de estar / sala equipada com um sofá-cama queen. A Carolina Room estende o comprimento da casa principal na parte de trás. As portas francesas abrem para a piscina e varanda blindada. Uma banqueta personalizada com mesa que acomoda até 14 pessoas, TV, lareira e sofá secional fazem deste um ótimo local de encontro para toda a festa. A cozinha está totalmente equipada com tudo que você precisa para preparar refeições.

    A varanda de tela coberta é fabulosa e tem um bar personalizado construído com mesas ao ar livre, mobiliário confortável com uma TV de tela plana. A varanda coberta conecta a casa principal à casa de hóspedes.

    A piscina é uma das maiores e melhores piscinas privadas da ilha. A piscina pode ser aquecida por uma taxa adicional. Aprecie a fonte da cachoeira e a piscina rasa projetada para banhos de sol em espreguiçadeiras em 18 "de água. Novas salas de chase foram adicionadas para aproveitar enquanto aproveitam os dias ensolarados da ilha.

First time Hilton Head Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a perfect location. Beach is not crowded and easy walk to shops and Piggly Wiggly. Layout of house is nice and pool is great. House is stocked nicely. A few things need replaced/fixed-bikes need serviced, a few beach items are broken. Just needs to be sorted thru and thrown out. It was nice having them there but I assume people break them and leave them there.

Great family vacation house

The location was close to the beach and Coligny. The pool was large and the covered and screened in porch were great.

Family Getaway

We had a great time and plenty of room in this beautiful house. 8 adults and 7 kids enjoyed playing games and swimming together. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny area. We had a great time!

We'll be back!

This property was perfect for our family. Great walking distance to beach and Coligny Plaza, stores, shops. The teen boys loved having the guest house to themselves, the pre-teens loved the bunk room and the adults loved having king size beds for all! Clean, comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed having so many beach toys/games/supplies.

Our family had a terrific time enjoying Southwind. The accommodations were perfect for all of us - six adults and six kids! We all felt like we were "at home" on vacation! My kids claim this vacation beat out Disney World. What could get better than that? :)

Great beach house for families

We had three families - 6 adults and 6 kids between 6-10. This house worked perfectly for us. We loved being able to walk to the beach, town, and having a pool. Bikes are in poor condition so don’t count on them - otherwise house and amenities were great. Outdoor shower was broken but property manager fixed within hours of our call.

Family Week in HHI

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and will not be our last! We love how close the house is to the beach and Coligny, we can walk or bike to both. Our family ranges in baby to adult. Having the guest house is great for the family that needs a little space from everyone else. We love the updates to the guest house as well! The screen porch is perfect for gathering at night to watch movies together. This is our favorite house on HHI!

Family Time in a Fabulous Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family. Spotlessly clean. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for this picky group! The kitchen had a great supply of dishes, silverware, knives, pots/pans, even koozies! 2 full size fridges and regular coffee pot and a Keurig! The pool is beautiful. The location just set it over the top! A quick walk down the street and you're on the beach.A quick walk about 2 blocks a you are at a great shopping/restaurant area (Coligny)Honestly, all of my stays are booked through Vacation Time of HHI. They are spot on with their exceptional customer service and properties!

Great time and good economy house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Newly renovated inside but issues with hot water, cable and screen porch electrical issues prevent a 5 star. We had a great time. The pool was great other than no one could tell us how to use the waterfall. Beach supplies were awesome and proximity to beach and coligny was great. This property was nice but lacked the wow factor due to simple issues. We were without cable and wifi for three days due it gfci tripping in patio and frying the cable amp. The cable guy told us their 4th trip in 2 months. Hot water would not accomodate the main house before dinner. We had 7 adults and only half had hot water. Pool would get really cloudy and my pool experience tells me that could have been mitigated with better circulation and use of waterfall. Pool guy shows up midday Wednesday and use so much chemical he told us to stay out 3 hours so we essentially lose use for an entire afternoon. Dont get me wrong, for the price and location this was a great trip but wanted to share these minor things as some people might get upset. Overall good time but no accommodation from the property manager for the issues. Not even a nominal future discount. Our family has rented for over 20 years and anytime issues like this occur, we have been offered dinner, future discounts or refunds. We never except as we know issues can happen but it is about the gesture and wanting to make it right. If these few things were properly addressed this could easily be a 4 star maybe even a 5 star for the price.

It was the perfect location for a short walk to the beach and ice cream treats at Rita’s each night. It was the perfect set up for those who wanted to be in the pool or hang out watching sports on the TV on the screened porch. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely be back

The main house is fairly clean although I wish the cleaning people would check under the beds as we found a pair of used shorts/underwear under the master bed. However, the detached house was not clean at all and was full of bugs/mosquitos despite our best efforts. It was so bad that my two girls ended up moving into the main house mid-stay and sleeping on the couch. I understand cleaners on the island are very busy, but there was a significant change in the cleanliness this year compared to our stay last year.

Everyone had a comfortable bed and place to chill out. The pool was perfect and we loved the screen porch. Kitchen was well stocked with adequate pots, pans, plates silverware, etc. Two refrigerators was a plus. Batteries on our smoke detectors went off but service man came and replaced batteries very quickly. Would Definitely recommend this house.

Great house / vacation

The house was great. The pool area had some garbage wrappers around that weren’t picked up prior to our arrival. The house wasn’t cleaned by 4 pm so we had to wait another hour or so before we could get in. The dryer didn’t dry very well I’m not sure if something is wrong with it and the oven needs to be cleaned as every time we cooked the smoke alarm went off. The master bedroom smoke alarm battery died and it kept beeping so we had to take them out. I emailed about it and never heard back from anyone. Besides these little issues the house and location were great.

Christmas vacation was excellent

We had our family Christmas in this wonderful home that was very spacious and centrally located on the island. The house has a great layout. Everything you need is provided from the kitchen utensils to bikes to beach toys!! Even the guest house has it’s own washers/dryer, oven/stove… The accommodations are excellent and I will definitely rent it again and recommend it to friends!! Thanks!!
