"The room was very spacious, and clean. We usually won’t ask to get our room serviced, if we are only there for 1-2 nights, but in this case it was 4 nights, and when we took the little “card” off the outside of the door, so it could get cleaned, nobody came all day. We were able to get some clean towels, when we got back (late) that night, but they should have had serviced our room. However, this is not keeping me from staying there again."

"Do not stay in room 101. The hotel was impeccable and we had a wonderful experience overall. However, every night we had to deal with loud drunks from the bar lounge area directly across from our room. I had to call and request the staff to ask the bar patrons to quiet down. This went late into the night. If we visit again we ask for a different room location. The hotel overall is amazing and we will definitely return, just not to room 101. "

"We only stayed for one night went to the Steeler game ! Go Steelers ! Beat the Bengals by the way ! lol the location was great close to stadium. We walked afterwards. There was a couple of good bars in the neighborhood to watch the rest of the games and all it is a perfect spot specially if you're in for a game, I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family "

As we stood in the freezing cold trying to get into the building, I had to call CozySuites to get access AFTER I paid the deposit (which is usually collected at my arrival). "I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city. "
