"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"Would be nice if the towels and linens weren’t so old and worn. Okay if it were a mid-priced hotel but for $390 a night my hotel bedspread shouldn’t be dingy and the towels shouldn’t be crusty."

The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. "Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"
