"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"The breakfast in the morning was great always stocked and fresh.The cleaning crew was excellent they help with anything i needed.The pool and hot tub area was always clean and the only problem waa the hot tub on our last night wouldnt heat up but that was the only issue with that area. The only thing i had a problem with was one woman at your front desk that i checked in with and out with was very rude when i checked in and also when i went to the desk the next day to ask for some more coffee...

"Pros- walking distance to beach & Coligny park. Rooms were clean and the hotel has been updated. Reasonably priced. Allows pets. Water pressure was good & water hot. The manger was very kind & you could tell truly cared about his hotel guests. Cons- the room key system was broken during half of our stay & required us to have a staff member unlock our door as we came & went. Overall, for the money, I would recommend recommend renting a VRBO for the price, as the elevator sounded like it was going to break...the ice machine was broken on two floors, it was Masters week and the tv's in the outs bar were also broken.
