"The host is a great communicator and has put together a cozy retreat in a central part of LBC. The main road can be a little loud during the day but it was quiet when went to bed. There is a lot of space and the full kitchen with seating is a great addition. There are thoughtful touches throughout the space and it gave my stay that personal touch that made it feel like home. Thank you!"

"So much room! Every amenity was provided for. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Perfect water pressure (big deal for me). We cooked breakfast every morning. 5 minutes from the convention center. A place to park off the street was key. The neighborhood reminded me of my own bohemian Tower District in Fresno, which I cherish and adore. So many restaurants. So many happy people. Oh, and there's an amazing beach just a few blocks to the south. Kind of buried the lead on that...

"We needed a place to stay and that is exactly what we got. Communication was poor. We needed to call VRBO customer service twice before the host would even get back to us regarding check in information and he said it was because the apartment was being “cleaned”. This I doubt for sure because it was not very clean. The main door does not even really fit the hinges properly! There were tons of long hairs in the bathroom and white pet hairs all over the couch. We only needed it for one night or...
