"This lakefront apartment was a great weekend getaway spot for me and my family. We checked in Friday night, and the place was clean and well appointed. We got up Saturday to explore Mount Dora, and after enjoying our lakefront view as we got ready, we were in the middle of downtown within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see, including a charming British pub a few hundred feet away and a farmers market on Sunday. We would love to come back!"

"The Carriage House was the perfect “home base” to explore the area. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had difficulty with the gas grill. Joyce answered our call immediately and within minutes we were fixed and ready to go. Would definitely stay here again."

"I was greeted by the host, who was also most helpful and informative about the area. The host did a really nice job of decorating and furnishing the cottage duplex. My wife would call it charming. I found it clean and comfortable. While the neighborhood might raise an eyebrow for some, I found it friendly, quiet, safe, walkable, and -- most of all -- convenient to those who might spend time visiting The Villages.
