"The property is beautifulI would highly suggest more furniture in the front room. One couch in NOT enough for even 2 people to sit comfortably to watch TV.I would put a couple comfy chairs/ecliner . It plenty big enough!"

"Space was just right for 2 people. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Only feedback is that parking in the backyard is a bit tight and that the shared walls were very thin. We could hear the other guests in the adjoining house talking very clearly well past quiet hours up to 2:30am."

"This is the first place in a while that had bedstands on both sides of the bed...a big plus that you don't know you miss until they aren't there. The Gree mini-splits worked both for heating and cooling during our stay. There is a remote in the bedroom zone and the main area zone.Bathroom has nice large shower- with rain-tye shower head and a handheld. 2 shelves held all of our toiletries. The gate (which must be opened and closed manually- very easy) is on the Arcadia Ave side of the corner...

"Room has a slightly an ocean view with little obstruction. Awesome for mornig Joe. Great neighborhood, easy parking. The Shower is very small. I am 5'10" 200lbs. no body should be bigger to get in and out and use shower. There is also too much furniture."

"The home was in a quiet and save area. Everything needed was available. The television did not have many offerings, but that didn't really matter to us. Checking inwas easy and host kept in touch, although we really didn'tneed assistance with anything.Enjoyed our stay and would recommend."
