"Coastal charm was a pleasure to visit. The house was clean and centrally located. The host is accommodating and kind. The backyard was the selling point for me but unfortunately due to the weather, we were unable to utilize the area. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for quiet and comfortable. "

"This was literally the perfect little spot. Had everything you would need. Close to town, restaurants and shops. We even walked to a nearby winery! The bed was super comfortable and the window and wall a/cs kept the place cool. I love that the cottage was its own space, not a duplex or apartment where you shared walls with another property. Overall, we had a nice time. Thank you for hosting us!"

"Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. "

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Upon entry, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that got worse in the bathroom. The condition of the sheets was questionable, and the coffee pot had visible mold. While bath towels were provided, there were no washcloths. The hand body soaps were extremely watered down, and there were leftover food items in the freezer. I had to spend 15 of my own money on cleaning supplies just to make the space bearable. The shower drain ended up needing to be flushed...
