"O hotel está muito mal cuidado. O quarto estava com lençol sujo, o carpet estava sujo e o ar condicionado era barulhento. Solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, disseram que estavam com muitas limpezas para fazer e só limparam o quarto 3 dias após reclamamos muito. Acionamos a hotels.com e também não tivemos retorno algum. "

"The front desk lady was friendly, and the food was good for breakfast. The hotel overall was nice, the beds comfortable and the room clean. The two negatives were that the pool area was extremely hot. It was hard to sit and watch the kids play since the temps in that room are as hot as a sauna. Also, during our two night stay, I tried to get coffee 4 times and the coffee carafes were either empty or cold, the hazelnut creamer container was empty, and the half and half cup container was never...

"The room i had was NOT CLEAN had dirty used towels still on the shower ."

"I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

"Hair in shower area. Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower."

"There is a lot of activity in front of the rooms."

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."

"The Ice machine was out of order. The bedside lights did not work. The toilet had to be flushed twice to get paper to go down. The tub had recently been replaced but no one took the manufacturers tab off it. The TV did not work. Breakfast was acceptable, clean and varied."

"The hotel is under construction & the 2 room suite I paid for in January for our May stay wasn't available. They fail to inform me until I showed up. Gave me two regular rooms & said I would get a credit but have yet to receive they different. Their solution of 2 rooms was very inconvenient. I was traveling with my 81 year old mother currently diagnosed with Afid & my son who is a type 1 diabetic. I needed direct access to both in case of a medical emergency. Plus the work done was poor or...

"The room was great for our party of 4. The pull out couch seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned so they must not pull it out at every clean but we had a set of sheets and pillow in the closet to use. The shower head was terrible, you had about 6 streams of low pressure water coming out. The pool was good for the kids. I really liked how close the stores and restaurants were."

"Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."
