"The front desk lady was friendly, and the food was good for breakfast. The hotel overall was nice, the beds comfortable and the room clean. The two negatives were that the pool area was extremely hot. It was hard to sit and watch the kids play since the temps in that room are as hot as a sauna. "The hotel is under construction & the 2 room suite I paid for in January for our May stay wasn't available. They fail to inform me until I showed up. Gave me two regular rooms & said I would get a credit but have yet to receive they different. Their solution of 2 rooms was very inconvenient. I was traveling with my 81 year old mother currently diagnosed with Afid & my son who is a type 1 diabetic. I needed direct access to both in case of a medical emergency. Plus the work done was poor or...

"The room i had was NOT CLEAN had dirty used towels still on the shower ."

"The Ice machine was out of order. The bedside lights did not work. The toilet had to be flushed twice to get paper to go down. The tub had recently been replaced but no one took the manufacturers tab off it. The TV did not work. Breakfast was acceptable, clean and varied."

Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower."

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."

"Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season."

"Quite an unsafe property. Had to check out a night earlier because of unsafe conditions. No amenities were provided. No WiFi, no room service and bugs in the room."

"Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."
