One of the elevators wasn’t working, so I was forced to push my handicap Sister to a working elevator while my father followed behind having a very hard time walking on his own with his walker that distance . It was the hard and inconvenient for me to try to wheel around my handicap sister and make sure that my dad would not fall...

"Room was nice and big beds- facilities looked a bit dull and in need of renovation. There was a no-pet policy, however, there was a dog barking for hours close to our room. The tv in the room was extremely tiny but did its job. No major complaints, my family and I slept good and there are breakfast restaurants close by. Good location"

"There was literally nothing "wrong" with this hotel. I think people Are so dramatic or demanding luxury from a 2 star hotel which is ridiculous. I asked about the cockroaches, they don't have any. I asked if the faucet in the bathroom leaks, before accepting, they said no. So. All in all there was mildew in the oat milk and the breakfast person on our first morning didn't feel like replacing anything unless asked. It was silly. "The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "
