"Loved the property. They were doing construction on the steam room and sauna during our stay which was a bummer and a bit loud, but without that bit it was great! Loved the two pools, great shade, lazy river and sandy beach. Ability to order food and drinks from all over was super convenient as well."

"Pool was closed nobody said we had to walk to another hotel to be able to swim. Never knew $10 a day for parking. Hotel should have informed us."

"The room wasn’t as clean as I hopped, the room seem old, the sheets had stains, the bathroom vent did not work, the AC unit was extremely loud to the point it disrupted our sleep. The bathtub was old and has a lot of stains."

"Being some type of air freshener with you because the rugs smell funny and the vent from the air conditioning system smells worse. The rugs need to be replaced, they are outdated."

"The room smelt horrible when we walked in. The carpet in front of air conditioner was soaking wet so we switched rooms. The second was better. "

"Rooms were okay. Staff was pretty nice when we arrived. One elevator was broken. A storm came through and the second elevator broke so being on the second floor with lots of luggage and kids was tough. Locking the back gate by a certain time as an inconvenience. We were not from the area and our GPS continued to route us that way so if we would get back after a certain time we’d have to go all the way back around to get in through the entrance coming off the highway. I get the safety measure...

"The number one thing with this hotel was having the peace of mind at night while asleep that your vehicle is kept safe and sound in the parking lot through a gated fence!!! The only knock I had was the room was a bit small for my family but that was not the hotels fault!! I should of chose a suite instead to accommodate the extra space in the room!! Great breakfast and dinner provided daily!!"
