"My husband and I like historic B&Bs and the room we stayed in was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. I can’t remember the young lady’s name who prepared the amazing breakfast, but she was such a sweet, cheerful person! The only thing that was disappointing was the front & back garden area. The grounds have been neglected. With just a little cleanup and potted flowers it could be a beautiful, welcoming place to sit,"

"Such a great stay. Walkable to Main Street Glenwood Springs. The rental has it all. Very well designed and just such a comfortable stay. Also, David is extremely responsive."

"The property was as advertised. However, the check-in process left much to be desired, and it was nearly impossible to get an invoice for the stay. Despite multiple texts, emails, and phone calls, I received a lot of empty promises before eventually getting a hardly legible invoice. The owner/landlord was not very accommodating, which made for a terrible experience overall."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. The property is close to bike trails, fishing, rafting, town and hot springs. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The communication with the host was excellent. We will be reserving this home again."

"What a great place to stay! We enjoyed just being at the house as there’s many rooms for lounging. Beds were very comfortable and the garage storage, car charger were nice to have. Kitchen is also well stocked even though the lighting confused us a bit."

"This place is perfect for a small family. My wife, daughter and I stayed here. It was a very pleasant stay. The only issue I had was that there was no air-conditioning. Once night came it cooled off and wasn’t bad. This place would be perfect for a fall-spring trip. It was a great experience, and I am very happy we stayed here. The hosts are very nice and had very good recommendations on places to go."

"Great place to stay."

"Clean great place to stay"

"Needs new pillows. Other than that we had an excellent stay."

"Muy bien ubicada ,"

"This was a lovely property and Kim and her family were wonderful. My husband almost drowned and had to be hospitalized in Glenwood Springs and Kim’s daughter Tiffany and her husband visited him twice and took him flowers and goodies from Starbucks. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the alpaca ranch to everyone! Thanks again"

"This house is located in a great spot. Great views. Walking is an option. The house has everything you need. Many options for sleeping with three bedrooms and sofa sleepers. Laundry on each floor is nice. We were a group of adults and it was a quick trip so we didn’t use the kitchen much or the game room, so I guess we will have to come back. A ton of amenities. Great patios. Access was easy. Instructions were clear. Communication and responsiveness was excellent."

"We love staying at this house during Mountain Fair!"

"Excellent location right off the main street. Convenient to everything and spacious. House was lovely and comfortable. Two things to know... can feel really warm overnight even with fans depending on time of year you go. Two of us were fine and two weren't. And the downstairs shower is a square stall with a rather overwhelming shower head. Would have kids shower upstairs. That said, all of us loved the space and would return without question."

"Outside looks nothing like pictures. Very ran done, propane bottle was empty.AC/ heat split not working resorting to portable AC , which could not keep up Refrigerator quit working second to last day resulting in waste of a large amount of food, Non flowing confirmation of house plan did offer the privacy we needed for a large group of friends not family. Large amounts of mouse traps in living areas, which we thought odd ."
