Located in one of Glenwood’s most peaceful residential neighborhoods, the home sits directly across from a quiet pocket park overlooking the canyon. The Atkinson River Trail is just 100 feet from the house, connecting you to the Roaring Fork River, 3-Mile Beach, and all the way into downtown Glenwood Springs.

Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The home is fully stocked and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a light-filled solarium that’s perfect for morning coffee, reading, or relaxing, and a cozy fireplace for cold, winter nights.

The private outdoor spaces are just as special. Enjoy the patio overlooking the park and canyon, complete with comfortable lounge and dining furniture and a BBQ grill for dining al fresco. There’s also a separate sitting area tucked into the garden that’s perfect for evening drinks and late-night conversations.

The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to seven guests. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the third has two twin beds plus a futon for additional flexibility. The twin bedroom has a lower ceiling, giving it a cozy feel that’s particularly well suited for kids.

Families will find plenty to love here, including a Pack ’n Play, children’s games, Super Nintendo, and a separate TV and entertainment space where kids can hang out while the adults enjoy some time to themselves.

Dogs are welcome, and with the river trail just steps away, it’s a fantastic location for walks. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate cats.

Other conveniences include a washer and dryer, EV charger, and outdoor parking for up to five vehicles. The home does not currently have air conditioning, but all bedrooms have ceiling fans and additional portable fans are provided throughout the house.

Best of all, Garden Getaway offers a peaceful mountain-neighborhood experience while keeping you close to everything: about 7 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs, less than 10 minutes from Glenwood Hot Springs and Iron Mountain Hot Springs, 15 minutes from Sunlight Mountain Resort, 18 min to Carbondale, and 35 min to Snowmass Mtn.
