Nestled against Iron Mountain, this newly renovated home is within walking distance of all downtown Glenwood Springs attractions! Both Hot Springs Pools, the gondola station at the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Two Rivers Park and numerous hiking and biking trails are within a short walk of this home!

This century old home 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been completely refurbished and has all the comforts of home! The main level features contemporary furnishings and decor with an open floor plan, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats 8.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and bunk room which are on the main level, with a shared bathroom. The upper level features a bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and a media room with a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping option.

The large deck and outdoor seating areas are a great place to unwind at the end of an adventurous day. Play a round of bocce on the small private court, huddle around the fire pit to make s`mores during warmer months, take a short hike on the backyard trail or relax and enjoy the sunset and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and town.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.

Though this home doesn`t have air conditioning there is an evaporative cooler and fans for your comfort.


There is a steep set of steps inside that lead to the second floor. Alternatively, the deck outside offers more traditionally spaced stairs to the upper level.

There are several stairs leading from the driveway to the entrance.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

HOUSE RULES
These rules must be observed on the premises of the Property you have booked. The renter of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Guest” or “You” and the owner of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Homeowner”. You, as the Guest, accept and assume full responsibility for ensuring any person permitted at the Property abides by the rules expressed herein. Upon booking, reservation and payment, you agree to abide by the following rules:
A. You are responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Short Term Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall qualify to rent this property. You shall not rent or stay at the Property unless there shall be at least one Guest over the age of twenty-five (25) concurrently renting or staying at the Property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. Smoking, vaping and all recreational drug use are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property. A fine will be assessed if these policies are not observed.
D. You must take Garbage/Trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal and not before, as indicated in the Guest Guide located within the Property.
E. Pets are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property unless otherwise stated in the listing. Manager is not authorized to make exceptions to these terms. Not abiding by these terms may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.
F. You, or any other person on the Property during your stay, may not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
G. You are solely responsible for any other person at the Property. Additional persons, other than the number of guests reserved and booked in the original booking and reservation, may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
H. You will be responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by you.
I. You shall abide by all Federal, State and Local laws.
J. You shall notify the local police and Homeowner of any illegal activity that is witnessed in or around the Property.
K. You agree not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
L. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
M. You may not use or store Kerosene or space heaters at any time in or around the Property.
N. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
O. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
P. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
Q. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
R. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property.
S. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
T. You shall use ventilating fans at all times when bathing or cooking.
U. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
V. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
W. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
X. You may not block the fire escape at any time.
Y. The Homeowner does not permit large gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
Z. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. No towels or linens shall be taken from the house. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged to you for each booking and reservation. You must keep the Property, inside and out, clean and sanitary at all times. Even though a cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the Property in a clean, neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon your departure.
AA. This house is privately owned. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any Guest or any other person. By accepting this reservation, you expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from your use of the Property or others whom you invite to use the Property.
BB. Damage Protection Policy: A mandatory fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking.

We loved this home…very comfortable and good space for the whole family! The home was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped for having family dinners. The location is great with town being a quick walk and the ski resorts are an easy drive! We would definitely book this property again in the future.

We really enjoyed the property. We played Bocce Ball, sat around the fire pit multiple nights, and saw big horn sheep casually walking past in the morning. It is on a nice quiet side street. We will stay again if we need a place in Glenwood Springs.

The house was amazing! It was perfect for my three day family vacation with my daughters. My oldest has four girls ages seven to one. The bunk bedroom on the main level was just what we needed. It was a gorgeous place that was super clean. There was great communication with Kate. I will recommend this place to my friends

A lovely home

Loved our stay -- an older home, but modernized and contemporary. My wife and I stayed upstairs, where the bed was super comfortable. My daughter, her husband and girls stayed downstairs. The twins loved the bunks! Our only real complaint was the stocking of basic supplies -- there was no coffee, no sugar or sweeteners, and no dishwashing detergent tabs.But that's a minor quibble -- we'd happily stay again.

The location of the house in Glenwood Springs was fantastic. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen table was great for both eating and playing games. There were books and toys, which was very nice. We didn’t realize that there wouldn’t be coffee provided and one bathroom didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner, and since we had flown in and were only staying two nights in this location, that was inconvenient. The stairs going to the upper level might be tricky for some. But overall we very much enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed watching the marmots and birds from the very nice deck.

The property was very cute; beds were very comfortable , showers where wonderful! House was clean and inviting and the outside sitting areas were very relaxing. But on a different level it felt like several things needed some attention: The fridge seemed like it needed replaced: the ice maker didn't work, the fridge seemed to have a hard time staying cold or getting any thing more than cool, and the outside of the fridge looked like it had been in a hailstorm. The trim throughout the house looked like it could use some new paint and some looked as if it was just the primed boards quickly placed with nothing else done, this was also the case with the downstairs bedroom closet doors.Several spots on the floor had gaps and looked unfinished. Also spots on the living room walls were missing paint where chairs had rubbed on the walls. These were not deal breakers, all in all it was very enjoyable and comfortable. I was just surprised to see these things because the price for this seemed on the high side, mostly from added fees for cleaning and maintenance, which I assume was due to it being done through" key link". Several of the windows where also missing screens.I did get quick responses when reaching out to them, but I was a little surprised to see some pretty visible areas and items needing obvious attention, that they didn't seem to be getting! Felt like those fees where going into someone's pocket, not maintenance! I would think twice about a place that uses " keylink again.

Great spot in Glenwood!

We enjoyed our mini-vacay in this great house in Glenwood! Location was fabulous - we only drove to the ski resort, walked everywhere else. And the house was cute and comfortable. Our teens loved the crazy staircase and upstairs space. We'd stay again!It would be good to note in the description that the TV is upstairs since those stairs are not necessarily accessible to all...you'd have to see to understand. Wasn't an issue for us, but certainly could be for some, especially in winter when the outside stairs would be a less desirable option.

Great Location in Glenwood Springs

While our trip was short, we had a great time spending a weekend with family in Glenwood Springs. This property was clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. We walked to the Colorado Hotel and checked out their holiday displays and then walked downtown. Exploring The Caverns and soaking at Iron Mountain Hot Springs were fun adventures and were very close to the property. One of the highlights of the trip were the Bighorn Sheep that came down the mountain on the first morning we were there. They were right outside of the kitchen window in the morning and spent most of the day on the hillside.

Perfect House for Family!

Great location! Can walk to the hot springs and downtown. Had some wildlife visitors which the kids loved. Upstairs is great for separate space. My dad stayed up there and basically had his own apartment. House does get warm, but there were a couple fans to use. The stairs to go upstairs are narrow and steep, so if you have mobility issues, you'd want to plan to stay in the two bedrooms downstairs.
