"Check in was easy, though be prepared to submit a photo ID electronically before receiving check in info. Upon arrival, the location to shopping is hard to beat. It is right on Broughton St where the majority of the shopping is. However, parking is hard to come by. Plan to park in the State St garage a block away as it is easiest to get to and cheapest for overnight parking. The room was good, though it had a mild smell at the time. "Fantastic location and check in was super easy. I was disappointed in the view from my room on the 3rd floor. I was under the impression I would have an ocean view room. But, regardless it was fantastic and will stay here again!"

"A very short walk to the beach, fun area with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. It did feel like they were slightly understaffed, but all in all it was a fun stay and we would likely go again. 4/5."

"Pest control came through and sprayed my family's belongings. Staff were nonchalant about issues at hand. The room was half cleaned. The room advertised was not what was provided, but I had no choice at the time because my family needed emergency shelter. "
