"This hotel is dirty, has a very unpleasant odor upon entering, and not maintained at all inside and outside. There was garbage in the stairwell and the door to the outside was not secured. I understand that they are renovating it but it should be closed until they are done and able to clean it up. The pool was not open. The fitness center was not functional. The internet was not functional in our room. Our room number was on the floor outside our room when it should have been mounted...

"I would highly recommend not staying at this motel. This is the most nasty motel and I have pictures to prove it. My daughter ended up sick and now she has a doctor appointment with her doctor. I will be reaching out to the head office of Expedia about this motel. Worst vacation ever. This was our last vacation with our son before he goes off to college and I kept apologizing to my kids about the motel room and the nasty pools and hot tubs. Never again will I stay at this motel again."

"Toilet does not have ventilation. Hair dryer is not available in each room. You have to deposit exact $10 cash to borrow hair dryer from front desk. They won't take credit card, $100 bill or $20 bill. That's just minor thing but funny."

"The Property is in a perfect oceanfront location..there are restaurants within walking distance and a Walmart Neighborhood Market within a 5 minute drive.. lots of Pool options and if you have little ones they will love the pirate ship splash pool.. our room was located next to Arcade on 9th floor which had lots of fun games.. during our stay there the Resort was still undergoing construction for their new amenities and lobby but it didn’t affect our stay there .. it was just a little bit...
