The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the room was not clean, and upper management does not care about your experience. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. "We did not like a thing about this hotel. The TV and internet did not work the whole time we were there. I got charged for a room with two beds for 3 people and got a room with only one bed. They would not return our deposit said the room was trashed when we left said they had pictures but refused to send us pictures. this hotel should not be open at all you couldn't swim in the pool cause it was so nasty. there was blood on our bathroom wall where it had not been clean. "It didn’t look anything like the pictures it was ran down. They only have the front building repainted looking okay. You couldn’t walk around in the room without shoes. There was no hot water so we didn’t get to shower. There was a lot of damage to the walls doors and floors. One spot they put up a random piece of plywood and screwed it to the wall to cover up a hole in the drywall. There was also a big roach dead in the floor when we woke up. "The beach was under construction during our stay, which certainly wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the crew worked around the clock making it hard to sleep sometimes.
