Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. "Clock didn’t work in bedroom. Shower handle was about to fall off. Dust was 1/2 inch thick on bathroom vent. Hair conditioner bottle in shower was empty. All issues were handle by the staff after I requested."

"Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the management. A police officer was at my door. Someone had called 911 to alert the police someone was trying to break into my room while I was sleeping. There is No one at the office in the evening. And no sight of security. I did go to the office and reported it. I was told they would let management know. Noone ever reached out to me."

They were unable to reach a live person at the property and had to email the hotel directly. "It was under construction which wasn’t listed on the website. Check in is 4pm I got there after 5 and I still had to wait another hour for my room to be ready. You have to pay for parking. Only 1 of the hottubs were actually hot the other ones were cold. The elevators would take forever to come so we mostly used the stars. It’s very confusing getting around all of the construction. Not worth the price in my opinion."
