"The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. "

"Scott was the most accommodating host I have ever come across. Responses were almost immediate from little to big questions. He was extemely helpful. This was the perfect visit for us as we have littles and the 30 second walk to the beach made it easy to come and go throughout the day. No hesitations to recommend this to anyone who is on the fence. You wont regret your stay here. Also just personal opinion, youre the perfect distance from the pier here; you aren't close enough to be around a ton...
