"The seaview rooms were amazing with a lovely view of the beach , and few steps away fr beach. They had a lovely infinity pool so cool ! The staff was very friendly especially Niceey and Marie, Egbert the cook and the restaurant manager Amit was so special, sweet and professional I wanted to take him home with us ! "No life guards on the beach ever. Beach food shack ran out of buns at 1pm and closed for the day. Cafe/icecreambar was empty every day. Restaurants are not actually available 7 days a week. Antigua governor and staff showed up and shut down the main buffet to “tourists” forcing them to sit outside in a back corner with pans on hot plates&only like 7options. Power went out in our room multiple times every night. Pool has tiles melting away causing hazard. No handle on outside balcony. Sports bar...

"It is a charming hotel that makes you feel at home. There are just 16 rooms so it tends to be more intimate than standard resorts. Our room was number 9 on the superior floor reached by stairs. It is a cozy apartmente with room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a small porch where you can rest while having breakfast or reading a book. The air condition is a need. "Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."

"Spent 4 nights at the Resort. The welcome drink had alcohol which I do not consume. They offered to get me something else however it never came. Checked into the room and it was hot. Bellhop attempted to adjust the settings, but it did not change. Slept in a hot room. Reported the next morning, no one came. Reported it again late afternoon which is when someone showed and said that it was sorted. Left for an event and came back late. Same situation. Reported it again. The AC was only fixed...
