"A nice friendly farm B and B. I was in the anex which was a 1st floor room with the bath room below. It had a whirlpool bath. I found everything clean and usable. It had a small cupboard style kitchenette which was nice with a sink element and plates, cups and cutlery with tea and coffee. The breakfast was in the main farm house next door which was nice and cooked to order by the host who was very helpful and polite. All in all I would use this accommodation again. Thanks "

"We had a good stay at the Sloop Inn. Lovely friendly staff. The best breakfast. The property is a little dated, and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it was all good for a one-night stay. Would recommend."

"We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."

"Parking was great. Food was excellent but we had a long wait for our dinner as there was only one chef on duty. He did his very best. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. "

"A beautiful shiny new hotel with well thought through design and such aesthetic decor. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The roof top bar was a definite plus, with fab views, it just made the weekend for me and my friend who had a long overdue catch up. So close to the station, an easy weekend away."

"No reception which was a bit strange although understand that is the future. The emergency porter available to answer any questions and easy to come and go. Comfortable beds!"

"The place is amazing, for sure it has become my favorite hotel in Stroud. Location is good, around 20 minutes walk to town center. The rooms are incredibly, very spacious and well mantained with some very welcomed perks as a nespresso machine and a wireless speaker. The restaurant serves very good food during the day and breakfest is also delicious! Will be back many times!"

"I originally booked my stay at the Rising Sun Inn because I was in the area to see Van Morrison. What I didn't expect was how much I'd enjoy everything else the hotel has to offer. The inn was comfortable, welcoming, and a great base for exploring the beautiful countryside. The only issue (not their fault) they put me on the top floor and I struggle with stairs a lot as I’m disabled.. so, I booked a small single room but they have a huge room with a double and two singles great bathroom windows that open for air and the bed was great and the hot chocolate n biscuits.
