Sea You Soon NatureWalk - 3 Kings, 6 seater Golf Cart, 6 Bikes and Tesla charger

This beach rental is not like the others. It is our personal vacation home that we have decided to share with everyone. We love spending as much time as we can in NatureWalk and want others to be able to enjoy the area like we do.

Our 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house sleeps 10 and comes with a 6 seater street legal golf cart. There are 2 master suites with ensuites, the main one upstairs with an electric fieplace and the jr master downstairs. 3 bedrooms each have a king bed and the 4th bedroom is a bunk room which has recently been updated to a full over queen custom bunk beds. We also provide a pack n play if you are bringing a little one with you. There is a downstairs living area that has a large tv over a gas fireplace. At the top of the stairs, there is another living area with a sofa that is perfect for children to hang out and watch tv while the adults are relaxing downstairs, or if this happens to be a working vacation for you, there is also a desk area with large monitor that you can use. We've also added a Tesla charger for guests to use during their stay. It will also charge other EVs if you have the correct adapter.

The house features 2 large screened porches. The upstairs porch has a seating area that is perfect for playing board games or cards. It also has a large swing where you can sit at night and enjoy the peacefulness of the quiet community. The downstairs porch is like an extension of the living area. You can sit outside at the dining table and enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner after returning from a day at the beach.

NatureWalk at Seagrove is a 155-acre, master-planned community surrounded by Point Washington State Forest and is located along Scenic Highway 30A corridor. WaterColor Crossings is just steps away where you can rent electric bikes, do your grocery shopping at Publix and get a bite to eat at Pizza by the Sea or The Perfect Pig. Nestled within this quiet natural sanctuary, NatureWalk is just a short bike ride away from the stunning Emerald Coast beaches as well as the neighboring communities of Seaside, Seagrove and WaterColor. The NatureWalk Gathering Place is located approximately .3 miles from Sea You Soon by car or 200 steps to the rear entrance. The Gathering Place features 2 pools with 1 being seasonally heated, 1 kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, grills and children's playground. If you like to play pickle ball, there are 2 courts in the back of our neighborhood. Take a short bike ride or stroll down Lily Lane through the state forest to the San Juan beach access.

NatureWalk is a separate neighborhood and not a part of Watercolor. You will not have access to Watercolor amenities.

4 adult bikes will be present at the house for your use along with a 16" bike and a 24" bike for children. 6 beach chairs and a beach umbrella will also be available for use.

Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 cars. Parking is available on the driveway behind the home for smaller vehicles. Please do not allow vehicle to extend past the edge of the driveway into the street. Larger vehicles may have to park in the overflow parking area which is available in the parallel spaces with pavers located on Flatwoods Forest Loop. There is no assigned parking in the parallel spaces, so please find the one most convenient to the house. Street parking is prohibited. No boats, trailers, uhauls, camper vans, vehicles longer than 240" (20 feet) or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked in Naturewalk. Although there is a 2 car garage, the parking spaces available in the garage are reserved for the golf cart and bikes. You will not be able to park your vehicle in the garage.

Our home is a rental for families. Please note that the age requirement policy is 1 parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be staying at the property for every 3 guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled prior to 60 days from arrival = 100% refund minus a $200 processing fee
If cancelled less than 60 days from arrival = 0% refund

RENTAL AGREEMENT, BIKE WAIVER AND GOLF CART WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MAKING A RESERVATIONi OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.

No smoking, pets or parties are allowed anywhere on the property. All guests must be registered. No Visitors are allowed. Even if they do not stay overnight.

This home is equipped with exterior cameras for protection of our property and guests. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

NOTE: The property requires 4 steps to get into the house and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
