"Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Beach towels, beach chair, umbrella, and sand toys were a plus! Location is perfect close to everything or just a golf cart ride away. Communication with host was great. They responded back in a timely manner. If I was to nitpick my only complaint is the bed was pretty firm and the sheets weren’t great quality.(sheets reminds me of hospital bed sheets they make noise anytime you move.) "This is the second year we’ve stayed here. It is a beautiful, comfortable home in a peaceful setting. It’s a short walk to the beach. The pool is steps away and so enjoyable. There is a family vibe and very quiet. Perfect place to reconnect with family. Kevin, the owner, quickly responds if we have questions and checks on us. We can’t wait for next year’s visit!!"

"The cottage was like something from a storybook and we enjoyed every minute! It is walking distance to Crackings (best breakfast on 30A), Red Bar, and our favorite beach access. We are already trying to decide when we can come back! "
