Introducing 30 A-mazing, our stunning four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom retreat located in the heart of Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Inspired by the coastal beauty of its surroundings, this brand-new residence is just steps away from public beach access and the pristine sugar sand beaches of 30A. With its private pool, 6 seater golf cart, bikes and convenient proximity to local shops, stores, and dining establishments, 30 A-mazing promises an unforgettable coastal getaway.

Impeccably designed, this home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and boasts four spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms. On the first floor, off the main hallway, you'll discover the primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The second floor is home to another primary bedroom offering a king bed, a generously-sized walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Adjacent to the second floor primary bedroom, the bunk room awaits, equipped with four custom-built queen beds, ample closet and shelf space, individual power outlets, and storage nooks for each bed. A king guest bedroom with charming board and batten accents is also nestled on the second floor. Both the bunk room and king bedroom conveniently share a bathroom with a spacious double vanity, storage, and a shower/tub combination.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and access to the home's premium streaming package on Youtube TV, as well as the ability to log in to other streaming services during your stay.

The communal area of the home features an open concept design encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests at the table, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The bright and airy kitchen is fully stocked with brand-new, high-end appliances, including a stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dual coffee maker (k-cup and drip), blender, and all the necessary cookware and bakeware. The five-burner gas range offers ample cooking space, complemented by a complete selection of cutlery and utensils. The living room provides ample seating and is equipped with a large smart TV and a SONOS surround sound speaker system. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a convenient wet bar and beverage fridge, perfect for mixing evening cocktails after a day spent at the beach.

The exterior of the home is designed to maximize outdoor living and entertainment. A spacious covered back porch extends the length of the home, offering both lounging and dining areas, as well as an outdoor TV. At the front of the home, a welcoming porch awaits with comfortable lounging chairs, while the spacious driveway provides parking space for up to four vehicles.

For your convenience, the Beachwood Villas public beach access is only three blocks away. We provide a shed on the property where you'll find beach gear at your disposal, including chairs, umbrellas, towels, and sand toys. Simply return the items to the shed before your departure.

We are pleased to offer a level-2 EV charger, allowing guests with electric vehicles to conveniently charge their cars during their stay.

We also provide a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.
