"We left a day early. When we arrived in the yard there was random old folding chairs scattered around a busted out “fire pit”. The patio had an old loveseat and dirty hotel chair on it. Door key kept sticking. When we finally went in there was dirty old furniture in the livingroom. Like the kind that someone would leave for the trash man to pick up. My husband sat on a desk chair and I brought my own folding chair. The bedroom had an old headboard for a king when the bed is a Queen so it was not...

"Room felt solid and provided a calm stay compared to other places nearby."

"Three adults fit comfortably here without feeling cramped at all. We liked having microwaves in each room so everyone could make quick meals or reheat leftovers easily."

"The stay met expectations just like other places I've been, dependable and comfortable throughout without surprises or issues at all."

"Great little spot close to awesome restaurants and convenient to the University of Arizona. Truly charming area and great hosts."

The owner was responsive...

"Nice clean place in a decent part of town, with all the essentials. Well maintained. As listing states, there are a few transients in the area, but they don't loiter or congregate. It doesn't have the vibe of a sketchy neighborhood at all. I'd definitely stay here again. Heck, I'd feel comfortable moving to and living here."

"Overall really enjoyed my stay. The casita had most of the things I would need. I wish the shower was a bit bigger cause it was hard to shower without getting mg hair wet. Just to note there is no door between the kitchen and bathroom. Also for longer stays there was not a good place to work on my laptop. Overall great experience."
