"This is an older hotel that has been updated, is clean, has a nice outdoor gazebo area with barbeque grills and seating, plenty of free parking, and offers a small menu of made-to-order hot breakfast that is provided to hotel guests. The staff greets you with a smile. I'm looking for these qualities in an overnight stay, so this location was a win for me. If you want a spa stay with all the add ons like a pool, jacuzzi, weight room, etc., you will not find it here, so don't set yourself up to...
"The check in clerk was very helpful. We arrived early, actually earlier than i thought due to a tome change. The clerk couldn't che k us in as the rooms were still being cleaned. I explained that we had to be somewhere and wouldn't be back for a few hours, yei i didn't want a second floor room as there is no elevator and my husband cannot carry our things up the stairs
She said she would see what she could do and sure enough when we got back to check in a few hours later, she did accommodate...
"The Carrick is a great hotel that was once used for another business. All of the suites have a different theme. The one we stayed in was Dolly Parton. Great decor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. "
"Have stayed at the Lower East End a number of times. Enjoyed our stay every time. Wish the establishment would add a couple of simple chairs to the front room overlooking main street so to be able to 'chill' and watch the people traffic below."
"It was absolutely amazing and the manager and owner are quick to help when you need them. The place has everything you need. The only suggestion i have is adding an internet box i all rooms other than that the dollar general down the street has movies to buy. We will be back next year. "

"Hotel e muito bom, excelente estrutura mais o serviço é pessimo em geral. Restaurante, room service, inclusive pode levar 10 minutos ou mais conseguir falar com alguém telefone para pedir ajuda
