It was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed—from the kitchen to the bathrooms—which made our stay so much more enjoyable and convenient. "We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....

"Had a great stay here! Had a little issue at check in, and Frankie immediately responded to my phone call. Considering the quick response and resolution, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of his properties again! Nice location and definitely take him up on his restaurant recommendations... we tried out Jac's for breakfast and it was phenomenal and by far the least expensive meal on our entire trip. The house is a bit ran down in areas and doesn't feel super secure, but it is overall a very cool...

"The studio was perfect and in a convenient location. Th e host was communicative and check in and check out was clear and easy. The only downside to the stay, which the host has no control over, is that they were tearing up the street directly in front of the unit and it was very loud at times. I would hope for the sake of everyone that the work will be finished soon and everything will be perfect again."

"The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again."

"There are a few stairs to climb to get to the condo so just be prepared. It's in a great location. Easy to get to bars, shopping, restaurants etc."

"It was the worst experience in my life. I could survive the absence of a lift and climb with my luggage on the 3rd floor through the steep steps but I was shocked when I saw the apartment. It looked like a shelter for the homeless. Very shabby, unclean. The bathroom is in terrible condition. The stove in the kithen is very old and dirty. It was not possible even to make tea. No kettle, no pan to boil water, only old cracky frying pans. Anyway it was impossible to eat anything in this apartment...
