"The location of this stay is perfect. Our first night we noticed the heat was not working - I messaged Dustin and he immediately had maintenance out. They were not able to fix it that night so they brought us heaters until they could get someone out to fix it. The place itself is very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! If we ever find ourselves in Phoenix again, we would 100% choose to stay at Dustin’s place again! "

"While I was there for business and this property provided me easy access to several appointments around the Valley, the property is centrally located and also provides easy access to food, shopping and entertainment. Property is clean and new. Check-in/Check-out was easy. "

"The location was ideal. Apartment layout was fine for our 17-day stay. Floors were dirty and toilets not well cleaned. We immediately saw that the bath faucet was missing a its handle (how could this be missed during cleaning?) and the kitchen lacked coffee pot and sufficient dishes and silverware. We reported this and they were provided the next day. However, on the second day the kitchen faucet gave out. We messaged every day and only got what appeared to be AI responses, but no resolution....
