"The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating. We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim."

"I had a suite and it was reeeaaaalllly nice. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I checked in late and they said the latest I could check in was 11:00pm. Check in was at 3:00 but I didn't check in until after 9:00pm. I had a full kitchen...stove, refrigerator and microwave!!! The staff was very courteous, pleasing and made sure that I had everything I needed. Breakfast was really good and hot.
