"It was exactly what we wanted. It had a small kitchenette with utensils for making breakfast. Bathroom was big, clean, good strong water flow. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for two. The pullout bed was good as well. Access to the flat was simple."

The owner’s representatives at Pickaflat were not only kind and understanding but extremely accommodating and patient to answer our questions. The apartment was great, clean and the bed very comfortable but the host/staff gave us the feeling that we were among friends. Oh, and the best part - there was an iron! "

"Sofia’s apartment is conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe. Clean and perfect for a stay close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Communication was quick and helpful! "We were 3 friends and were happy to find a place in the center of the best historical spots in Paris that was spacious enough to accommodate us. The host communicated readily to all our messages- Thanks!"

"We loved most everything -- especially the location -- and we lacked for nothing in the apartment. Plus, the staff were excellent. The 2 big issues were 1) We weren't made aware, by the listing, that one has to walk up/down about 70 (old and creaky) steps every time one wants to go into town, or get a baguette, or find a place to eat (ie at least 3 or 4 times a day). And 2) The bed was far too small for someone 6 feet tall, and the board at the head was brutally hard."

"Wonderful location, close to everything. We were upgraded to a bigger unit by the host in the same building. We love the open space and large windows opening to the street. Very spacious for a group of 3 adults. The host was very nice and allowed us to check-in an hour early. Host also sent a nice recommendation of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again in the future. The apartment is on the 4th floor with narrow, steep and uneven staircases so keep that in mind."

"I arrived and I was welcomed by the staff who provided me with immediate feedback. The place is near the metro station so it’s very handy and you are in the Marais but fortunately not in the busiest part. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom too I will definitely come back"

"The location of the property is perfect, a few metres from Place de la Concorde. We had a studio on the ground floor which was spacious and perfect for a few days in Paris. It is close to the Metro (and the rumbling of trains can be heard but you quickly get used to it). and a short walk to the Louvre. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely book it again. "

"Man muss durch 2 Tore in einem dunklen Flur in n dem provisorische Stützen die Decke stützen und indem die Mülltonnen direkt vor der Tür standen mit Maden etc. Das Apartment selbst war gut nur die Treppe runter ist nur für Geübte. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. 15 min zum Louvre gehen 4 min zur Metro. Würde ich alleine der Lage wegen wieder buchen, aber nicht mehr bezahlen."

"The apartment was clean and in a great location. However, very very small for a family of four. It was hard to move around once we opened the pull out bed for the kids. There also is no natural light as it’s an interior apartment. For two it’s plenty of space. I would not stay here again as a family of four."

"Quarto é muito menor do que na foto. A escada é extremamente estreita e perigosa. Fato de não ter 24hrs de recepcionista causa insegurança. Esquecemos nossa comida na recepção, quando voltamos eles tinham comido e deixado em cima da bancada do computador deles, falamos e nem pediram desculpas. Chuveiro não da para abrir os braços pois é minúsculo. "
