Every instruction needed is provided in linked videos that are extremely helpful, highly recommend watching before trying to open the door! "The location was good, the place was clean and had all the amenities with laundry facilities, cookware and dishes, etc. Communication was good. When the wifi stopped working, we let them know, they got someone out to take a look, and they did try to fix it. But the problem persisted with every new network they gave us. "We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one."

"The apartment is in a great location. Convenient to restaurants, Metro, and Monmarte! Neighbourhood was safe as was the entry system into the building. Apartment was very clean. The owner was extremely responsive to emails before our trip and quickly addressed a small issue we had upon arrival. It is advertised as two bedrooms, but it is a single bedroom with a pull-out couch in the front room with access bathroom to kitchen. However, the pull-out couch was very comfortable! I would stay again."

Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay."
