"Bed sheets were not clean, outlets didn't work, terrible pillow and shower hardly drained. Generally the place was barely minimal and not very clean. No hooks or any places at all to put clothing, not even a luggage stand. For very little $$ the owners could greatly improve the place. Well appointed is a major stretch. Location was very good and price was low for Paris. It worked but I would not recommend it."

"The apartment was fantastic in every respect. It is in a terrific location - you can look down the street from the terrace and see Notre Dame just blocks away. The apartment is large, open, sunny and very well-appointed. The check in time is 3 pm but we arrived early and Andrea met us and let us in at 10:30am! We loved the place and will try to stay there again the next time we visit Paris."

"Booked through Expedia but confused by three different communication channels (Expedia, VRBO, host own app) with multiple notifications some not accessible. When we arrived the wifi was not working, it was difficult to figure out how to contact host who anyhow provided by next day an alternative wifi network access which provided connection to our smartphone but didn't work with the smart tv."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...
