"We had a great time. The property was very clean, spacious and it is close to the beach - a fair walking distance. It is also close to restaurants and stores. The owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay again and recommend it."

"We loved our stay at The Summer Wind. Condo was perfect for 2 people. Updated and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed including towels, beach chairs, kitchen items, etc. Screened lanai was great to sit on. Beach was just a few steps away! Amazing sunsets. Found lots of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants on the Key to choose from. Owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Will definitely book here again! "

"This was our first time staying at this lovely small condo only one block from the beach in Venice, Florida. Nicely appointed, much better than a hotel room. The two of us had room to work, play, and hang out close to my mom‘s house. Really nice step in shower and upgraded bathroom. And the little touches were well appreciated - beach equipment, sand chairs, umbrella, fan, nightlight. The owners have thought of it all. Thank you for such a nice stay!"

"They loved the ocean!"

"The condo was very nice and had everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenware was in great condition. The area is still recovering from the hurricane but the beach is beautiful. I love this location with the best of both the bay side and the beach."

"Very nice condo, well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great; very quiet and the beach in front of the complex is awesome. All the other guests staying there were friendly too. The only thing we noticed was the outside areas could be cleaned up a bit. There were rusty lawn chairs left by the swings and a lot of beach items left sitting around the property that could have been stored away. We will look forward to returning to this property in the future."

"The Condo was far more spacious than expected. There was plenty of storage space for clothes and the kitchen was awesome with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding was top notch. The living room was also incredibly comfortable. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach so the location was perfect. There were beach chairs, beach towels, extra linens and bath towels, cleaning supplies, and wonderful dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans... everything was there! The...
