"Smooth check-in, nice home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space to spreadout. Nice washer and dryer (we just used dryer for beach towels and swimsuits) so convenient! Screened in pool was very refreshing in 95 degree days, kids loved it. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood."

"This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). Manasota Key is a hidden gem and we’re eager to see it back on its feet from last year’s storms. Grateful for an amazing stay. "

"We stayed here last year as a family of five with our Rottweiler and we returned this year. Our doggie loves the yard, the kids love the pool and hubby and I loved hearing the birds while drinking coffee in the lanai. We went to Boca Grande beach and got to swim with the manatees! "

"The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath....

"Debbie was fantastic to talk with. She kept us up to date on everything and check in was so easy. The house was perfect for our family of four, we loved all of the provided beach equipment. The house was clean and recently updated. The location was perfect and only a few stops away from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

"This is a one of a kind vacation for a large family. Plenty of space and house was great. Golf carts and kayaks were used daily. Be sure and bring your groceries. The property management does great helping everyone wand their luggage to the house on arrival "

"Quiet location in a nice neighborhood. The house was well stocked with supplies and had plenty of activity options for kids. The pool was awesome, and the house floor-plan made it quiet, where you were not disrupted by noise from the other areas. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with nice showers. The host responded quickly when we had questions, we would definitely recommend the rental. "
