"### Review for Pat and Jack on VRBO Our stay at Pat and Jack's place was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped the unit was. It had everything we needed—chairs, umbrellas, a fully stocked kitchen, utensils, sunscreen, bug spray, and even towels. The beach is just steps away, making it super convenient for daily visits. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees right from the shore, plus we had a great time hunting for shark teeth...

"The house was very clean I had a small problem when we got there but was resolved very fast. The owner was there in a matter of minutes."

"Perfectly clean, perfectly appointed, & amazingly convenient! The public boat launch is across the canal & Florida’s favorite grocer only 1/2 mile away. Perhaps the best seafood restaurant for miles is literally at the end of the street. Yet the house is on a quiet street and a self-contained vacation in itself. Fully-stocked kitchen, game room, pool - a comfortable respite. We will definitely be back! On this trip we visited Stump Pass Beach State Park (beach side and bay side), Englewood...

"My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet."
