"The property was disappointing. I'm going to provide my honest feedback, list the pros and cons. Pros:The host was very responsive to any questions regarding the property (check-in process, wi-fi, etc.). The location was extremely close to Universal Studios and there were a ton of activities and restaurants nearby. The location was very safe. "We really appreciated the accommodations and the unit. A few things that I don’t blame the owner for, was that the housecleaning was insufficient and we found a lot of long hairs in our master bathroom. We also felt we didn’t have enough pillows or blankets for 5 people to use on 4 beds. The elevators buttons were in need of repair, but the view from the 19th floor was delightful. The staff was very friendly even though the deli/cafe seems hit and miss on staffing and seemed to close 30 minutes...

"Very pet friendly, clean and spacious. The only downfall was having a limit of one car in the driveway and no parking in front of the house. The neighborhood streets are very crowded with cars on both sides of the street making a tight squeeze when traveling to and from the property. The friendliness of host, ease of check in, cleanliness of the property, pet friendliness far outweighs the parking issue. "
