"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Black Bear. The cabin was everything we needed and super comfortable. The hot tub, the view from the back porch, the quiet was spectacular, especially the nature's light show in the trees by the creek at night. It was magical. Hope to get to stay again. The host was easy to work and had everything in the cabin you might need. Thanks Dave. "

"This is a great place to stay if you are interested in being away, seeing the stars close to the dark skies formal parks, and if you have a pet and kids. It's got the cozy feel of a cabin with a great deck. We were there in a heat wave and the owner had two AC units put in for us-I am guessing that is not normal for the area-if it had been a few degrees cooler we would have slept with the windows open). They had smart TVs and 3 ways to make your coffee (thank you for the French Press), as...

"Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀."

"This is the third time we have rented this cabin and its always perfect for us. Clean, has everything we need, close to everything and great price. Love to sit on the porch and listen to the creek. Will definitely be back! "

"We had the best time enjoying the deck and watching all the action on Pine Creek! We did the Ole Covered Wagon tour and had a blast! The cabin was very homey and comfortable, we had everything we needed and more. We’ll be back! "

"Had a wonderful trip here! The location of the cabin is great, the property is great. We saw beaver, deer, rabbits, bald eagles, red and gray squirrels and on a scenic ride we took nearby we saw a black bear. It rained a few days of our stay so we were able to enjoy games inside. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is nicely stocked and for a longer stay there is a in unit washer and dryer available. It was our 4th time staying in this cabin and definitely will not be our last....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Coop and can not wait to return!! The Coop is a quaint, cozy, beautiful cabin with a great location. The woodwork throughout the cabin is beautiful, as well as the impeccable cleanliness and upkeep of the cabin. The cabin has everything you need inside and out and then some. The gift shop, Bert's Roost, is also beautiful and has a lot of great items. Betty is so sweet and we enjoyed chatting with her while shopping.During our stay we enjoyed viewing the Elk...

"The A-frame was very clean and very quite. Very peaceful place to stay and relax. There was a couple of restaurants that was closed by and had good food. I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back."
