"It is a very cozy home with mostly everything you would need, (no washer or dryer) but the the furniture was all very comfortable , the kitchen was clean and equipped. It had raised very heavily for a couple of days during my stay so the trout stream was running very hard as the water was raised. It calmed down after a couple of days and we were able to catch a few fish. If your looking for a peaceful stay this is a great place "

"Lots of fun games, which was SO important since it drizzled/rained the whole time. No one can control the weather, but for a star gazing trip it couldn't have been worse. The house was comfortable, quiet, serene and well equipped. The only down side were the two staircases with extremely narrow steps. Otherwise this was a 5! Thanks so much, Josh!"

"We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. "Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀."

"Fantastic property, we had an amazing stay. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. The atmosphere inside was so cozy and quant but was very up to date with very fast wifi and lots of light fixtures, outlets, and USB plugs. During our stay it was a little chilly, so we didn't get to utilize all of the outdoor seating areas but they were very nice, clean and with plenty of chairs. The hot tub was great, easy to use and to get the cover on and off of and was very relaxing on the chilly...

"Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night!
