"Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Two bedrooms are private areas (with door) while one is in the open area upstairs. Was not an issue for our stay, but if you have any light sleepers in your party, bring earplugs. "This is a very nice house and the rooms are all nice size and comfortable. We went with another couple and very much enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The cleanliness could have been better but wasn't bad by any means. The shower curtains had orange stuff at the bottom and other small things we suspect. "The house was simply beautiful. Very cozy which was nice because it was quite cold during our stay. The hot tub, at night, in the dark and seeing the stars, was fantastic. This place is the PERFECT place to get away and do...nothing. And that was our goal. Pack board games, comfy clothes, and books and enjoy the solitude and quiet. The owner answered my questions quickly and very helpfully. The check-in was flawless. We're already talking about maybe visiting again in summer...."

"Our family had a wonderful stay! Joe was very accommodating and worked with us to make our stay the best possible! He even helped us out when we had trouble with the TV on out first night. The beds were very comfortable. I was so glad they were not box spring mattresses. This place is so much prettier in person. It snowed the whole time we were there & everything was covered in ice.
