"Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. "The room was so clean, i didn't need to wear my house slippers. The breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, pork sausage or bacon, muffins, bagels and fixings for all of it, they also had oatmeal, milk, chocolate milk, juices, fresh fruits, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Free breakfast everyday. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. This was the second best hotel we stayed in. Even my grand daughter didn't want to leave. "O quarto estava impecável."

"I never had a chance to stay because the office closed at 9 pm and NO ONE would answer the phone. In fact, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. What hotel doesnt have a person on site at all times?!! I spoke with a gentleman at the liquor store and he said he heard of this problem every weekend. If you're going to close at 9 make it in BOLD PRINT."

"Overall a nice stay for myself and family. Staff were wonderful. They allowed us an early check in at no charge. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful. The only areas I did not mark as excellent- housekeeping could be a bit more thorough. There was food left behind in our rooms fridge, the fridge smelled the whole time we were there even after telling them. Found rotten bananas behind the dresser. Black hairs in the bathroom and on clean towels. We had an issue with guests in a neighboring room...
