"No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend.
Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing."

"Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much"

"The staff at this hotel are charmingly Yorkshire and welcoming. A refreshing change from more 'corporate' but less personal treatment of guests. Born in West Yorkshire myself, I loved the chatty friendliness of the staff with their typically Yorkshire sense of humour that made my visit such a pleasure. I'll definitely return. The food was excellent, the rooms modern and immaculate. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I could hear the people in the next room talking way into...

Everything at the hotel was fine, till I received the credit card invoice.
It was already paid on the site Hotels.com, but the hotel charged me again.
