"O hotel em si é bem precário.
O ar condicionado dos quartos e corredores dos quartos nao gela.
A estrutura do quarto era precária, sendo que reservei o melhor quarto do hotel. Metade das tomadas nao funcionava,tive que usar extensor de tomadas, ar condicionado como ja mencionei- nao gela, tive q pedir 2 ventiladores para conseguir dormir, ha limitadores de pressao e vazao de agua nos banheiros - privada e bidê.
E para piorar ainda cobram aluguel de guarda-chuvas, quando deveriam oferecer...

"Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds"
"Room was clean, warm and quite. Black out curtains were so good that I couldn't tell if it was morning or not. Bed was comfortable. I slept better than I normally do!!!
Shower had both rainfall shower head and a normal shower that you can take off the hook
Hotel is very close to city centre and all amenities. Staff was VERY nice, friendly and helpful. Cant recommended enough "
"Liked everything. Room was super comfortable and clean. Nice having a kettle for tea. Really close to train station..road work being done outside but didnt cause us any inconvenience. Near to buses and shopping. Would stay here again.cost reasonable. "

The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing.
The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes.
Excellent service from excellent staff.

"We made a last minute trip and found This hotel! The property is beautiful - going through wonderful renovations! We chose a heritage room, which was beautifully redecorated. The staff was wonderful and kind. Internet was good. Comfortable bed. "

"The room is well renovated and everything works, mainly the shower. The breakfast is excelent, but expensive. There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. But it is a good location anyway to walk to the nice city centre of the (former) “steel city”, already converted to pedestrian streets. There was a fire alarm once in an ungodly hour, with everybody using the stairs to go out. It was not clear if someone in a given room made some smoke or if it was a failure on the programmed weekly fire exercise."
